Our longing to become a DJ starts from a deep passion for music and dance. From the moment we step behind the decks, we also become a part of an ever-growing dancing community. And from this deeper calling to continue and deepen our learning journey together, we feel inspired to share with you our Ecstatic & Conscious Dance Master Classes into DJ'ing!

These sessions can be followed seperately and will entail:

A meet-and-greet with the very unique style & background of our guest DJ.

A powerpoint presentation in which (s)he tells us more about a DJ'ing theme that (sh) is truly passionate about.

A mixing demo so you can deepen your knowledge of different DJ techniques.

An extended Q&A, so ask away!
For who are these Master Classes?
These classes are for anyone who is drawn to the DJ'ing journey: from a beginning kickstarter to an experienced alumni. Whether you are a dancer who likes to make other people dance; a club DJ transitioning to Ecstatic or Conscious Dance; or a Yoga or movement teacher that wants to work more with music: every-body is welcome! Each session will be guided by a different DJ, so every session will be special in its own kind. Plus: you will receive the recordings of each session afterwards, so you can easily look back in your own time...

For our first Master Class, we proudly present:
​
DJ Ronin (Fabio Freddi) from Ecstatic Dance Italy
on Wednesday 15 May 2024 (19-21h CET time)
​
Fabio has already been a guest teacher for HoED, and has also been to our trainings in the very beginning. During this Master Class, Fabio - who works with both Serato and Traktor software - will guide us on a journey through the chakra system. He learned this from EDE (Ecstatic Dance Evolution), created by Sydney Samadhi. Besides this, he will also give us a demo, plus answer all the questions we have - as he has a deep knowledge of mixing techniques.
About DJ Ronin: Born in 1983, Fabio is a professional educator and transpersonal counselor, trained in Biotransenergetics, a newly conceived psycho-spiritual discipline. Since the age of 16 he has been cultivating a passion for music and djing, which has led him to prestigious stages and to experience national and international competitions (DMC World, 2004). In 2010 this path turned into an inner path, and Fabio embarked on a journey of healing and awareness. In search of forgotten parts, he found them in the sound of the drums, in the trance, in the roots of Afro-Brazilian shamanism, in the movement and conscious dance, in different paths between Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Italy. Today he shares conscious breathing and movement to facilitate inner transformation, sharing all the practices he learned and which helped him to transform his life: Biotransenergetics, Respiraciòn Alquìmica/Sexualidad Sagrada, Tantric Pulse, Ecstatic Dance and WHM.

For these online sessions, we cannot give back any refund after payment. In case you cannot attend the Master Class, then you will receive a link to the recordings after the session. Please let us know if you have any question for the DJ, so we can ask them what you wish to learn.
