Discover the deep roots of Ecstatic & Conscious Dance - from our prehistoric dancing ancestors, to ancient Greece, up till the modern day innovators as Isadora Duncan & Gabrielle Roth. We'll also explore the large, global family tree of ecstatic practices. We'll see how the history of ecstatic practices is largely an untold story, and often actively suppressed. We'll discuss why and how these reasons make conscious dance a liberating practice on many levels. All this will help us better under-stand our current practice and perhaps help us tap into new resources and connect to members of our growing family.
